All items will be sent by Australia Post Regular mail unless otherwise requested.

International orders will be sent via Australia Post Standard Mail. International Shipping charges do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees rest solely with the customer.



We are a small company and we can’t offer returns for changes of mind so please make your selection carefully. 

If the size isn’t quite right, we are more than happy to make an exchange. Please send an email to hello@claireritchie.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item. The cost of return postage is at the buyer’s expense.



We do try our very best to get items to you as quickly as we can. Depending on stock availability, some items may take up to three weeks to ship.

Please make sure you provide a secure delivery address as we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
