Will my Art Print come with a frame? All prints are sold unframed. For framing we recommend visiting a local framer or exploring options on Etsy. Corner Block Studio is also a great option for Australian customers.

Will my Art Print have a border? All Art Prints have a 15mm white border around the artwork.

How will my print arrive? A5, A4 and A3 prints arrive flat in a rigid mailer. A2 prints and larger arrive in a tube mailer.

How are original paintings shipped? Small to medium sized original paintings are shipped via Australia Post. Larger paintings are shipped via Pack & Send and a quote will be provided prior to purchase. If you are located in the Sydney local area, pick up is also available for larger works. Please get in touch to arrange this.

Are the wall hangings ready to hang? Yes! Each wall hanging comes with a top and bottom border with room to insert a hanging dowel. You can also use a clamp style hanger if you prefer. For the hanging dowel you will want a 5cm overhang. For example, a wall hanging that is 46cm wide will need a 51cm long dowel.

Can I iron my Wall Hanging? Yes! Set your iron to hot and wait for it to heat. Flip your wall hanging to the reverse side and use the steam function, pressing down and moving across with even pressure. Be careful not to iron the limited edition tag in the bottom-right corner as it will not withstand the heat. You can also place a thin cloth over your wall hanging if you're cautious about direct heat.

How long will my order take? All orders are dispatched from my studio on the Northern Beaches of NSW within two weeks of purchase. If you need your order by a specific date please get in touch before purchasing and I will do my best to accommodate.

Can I commission an original painting? Yes! I love working on commissions. Please get in touch via the contact page with as much detail as possible about what you have in mind and we can go from there.
