We’re continuing to fulfil orders within 3-4 weeks of purchase date. After your package leaves our hands, there may be delays within Australia Post that are out of our control due to the large number of packages they’re receiving at this time. SHIPPING

DOMESTIC; Orders are sent by Australia Post, Parcel Post (estimate 2-6 business days). To expedite your shipping order please send requests to; hello@claireritchie.com.au

INTERNATIONAL; Orders are sent by Australia Post Standard Mail (estimate 6+ business days). 

Shipping charges do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees rest solely with the customer. If the package is rejected by the customer at the destination and safely returned to us a refund will be offered for the goods only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For all orders please make sure you provide a secure delivery address as we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We’re a small company and because we make everything to order- we don’t offer refunds if you change your mind. Please make your selection carefully.

However, if your order is faulty, we’re more than happy to make an exchange.
Please send an email to hello@claireritchie.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item, please don't return an item without communicating with us first. 
The cost of return postage is at the customer’s expense.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Your order is handmade in our Brisbane studio. Some items may take up to three weeks to produce with added shipping time.
This can depend on fabric availability, printing and other variables.
If you must have your order by a specific date please email before purchasing your order.

FAQs

WILL MY ART PRINT COME WITH A FRAME?

Art prints are sold unframed.

DO YOU SELL FRAMES?

At this time we don’t sell frames with art prints.
For Australian and International customers we recommend Corner Block Studio, who offer a range of beautiful framing options.

DO YOU SELL TEXTILE HANGERS FOR WALL HANGINGS? 

At this time we don't sell hangers for our wall hangings. We have found many sellers on Etsy offer custom hangers for textiles (not thin posters) and recommend looking there for your hangers. Generally you want the width to be two inches (5cm) wider than your wall hanging for the best look. 

I CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we don’t offer change-of-mind refunds. This is because each item is made to order. If you’re unhappy with your order for another reason, we would love to hear from you before you return your item.
